We have a range of services available at Passareiro

Maid service

Our rate includes a daily maid service of 4hrs except on Sundays. Sandra will do a general clean up in the morning and set the table for breakfast, before moving on to make your beds and clean the bathrooms.

Catering

Accommodation at Passareiro is on a self catering basis, although we can arrange for a home cooked meal to be waiting for you on arrival. All guests will be offered a welcome hamper with breakfast basics and delicious regional produce.

Private Chef

For those who would rather not cook, we can provide a private chef for all or part of your stay. Paulo Corte Real has trained in Australia and around the world and specialises in a fusion of traditional Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. He can prepare meals to suits your tastes and requirements. Prices vary depending on your group size , please ask for a sample menu.

About the Chef

“I have always been passionate about cooking and good eating in general. I first developed my skills by intuition and later worked with inspirational chefs in Australia and around the world. Cooking has become a way of life for me and the idea of making great food accessible to all is what inspires me! I like to prepare simple, healthy and tasty meals, where Mediterranean and Asian flavours come together. My experience in Australia and Asia has greatly influenced my work and I try to lend a modern twist to my blend of traditional European cuisine.”

If you are interested in learning the secrets of his cuisine, Paulo is happy to give informal cooking tutorials in the kitchen whilst preparing your evening meals.
