Elegant but informal, the house extends over one level, with long vine- shaded pergolas running along the length of the bedrooms and living areas. Antiques and rustic pieces are scattered throughout, adding to the rich sense of character and history of the house. Its surroundings, the whitewashed walls and oversized fireplaces are typical of the region.

There is an outdoor dining area at the rear of the house, as well as a spacious living room, dining room, games room and study inside. There are six bedrooms sleeping 10 comfortably, with additional cots for children but it’s worth remembering that smaller groups will find themselves equally at home here.

Set two minutes from the house, the pool is fed by a natural stream and guests have exclusive use of this during their stay.
